What is this error??

It's saying that your Subs-Post.php file couldn't be located for execution.

Check it's in your Sources folder.

yup... check with your host.

If you are using GoDaddy, you can restore the file by using the GoDaddy file manager to upload your backup copy instead of FTP

The reason isn't unknown. They see the mail handling and assume it is spamming.

So function  smtp_mail they just don't like the name of it? or is parts of the function itself?

The call to mail(), the base64 functions, take your pick.

Kind of shocked they would block mail() that is used in most php scripts that are using email...

There's also the raw uses of fsockopen they don't like.
