Updating from 1.0.5 to 1.1

Currently running 1.0.5 on the site and seems great but wondering if it is worth to upgrade to the newer service and how hard would it be ? Would I also loose all my past data ( posts , threads and such ) ?  If this something that is coverered under the the install / upgrade program the charter membership affords ? Thanks for any help / input on the matter

Old themes and mods wont work, but other things stays just fine. We can upgrade for you, just sign support ticket at helpdesk.
