System links and not only, are not working

Hi all,
I'm running 1.1.20 and recently, without obvious reason, some system links stopped working.
for example :
Members are not possible to edit their account details, as when click on account settings the links redirect to the front page.
The link is correct ex. hxxp:www.transalpforum.gr/index.php?action=profile;u=1;sa=account [nonactive]
even admin can change settings
Any ideas what happen ?

When you are redirected to the home page it can usually be one of 3 things:
* action is unrecognized in index.php
* you have some kind of redirect in place
* your host is running mod_settings

If you or your admins didn't change anything, I would go and ask your host about mod_security. If it's not that, then some other thing changed...

you should also consider upgrading to 2.0. as 1.1.* will stop being supported in the future and it has some compatibility issues with php that you host may upgrade you to.

problem was mod_security. Disable it and solved the problems.
