Please help unable to change fonts use bold...etc

Not sure when this started but we are currently unable to use bold or fonts or any of the above msg enhancements

mods installed?

What exactly does that mean?
You can't click on the icon?
You don't have the icon displayed?
if you type the bold BBC tag, it doesn't display in bold?


there are far too many possible things that could be your issue....  so you need to be specific and clear.

the above 2.0.8 is showing in red...when I click that everything looks okay except for Subs-post.php is in red

I'm sorry...but I'm not very good at this.

Please help someone...I have been using SMF forums since 2010 and have only had to upgrade with no problems until now...in searching on the community forums I see that they are called the BBC buttons...they are not working.

P.S. Just realized that when using FoxFire  the BBC codes work...but when using Microsoft Edge the BBC codes do not work. 

Is there a fix for this?
