I ask the same that BigGuy asks, but neither receive a response to that question.

Kindred ask you to clarify what exaclty is what you want, not say **this** and point at an image.

Also I say that if for what is done in that other page you need to have your forum in a subdirectory, and in your site root folder you need an actual home page made by yourself or by another software, then change the name of the home button to Portal and add a new button that points to your home page.
