Question on Error Log entries

Can someone explain why log entries like these do not have IP addresses. And if these are hack attempts or something less nefarious?
See attached screen capture. Forum is 2.0.11

Added, these log entries go on for pages in a very short span of time.

probably because the person is using an ipv6 address...


probably not a hack...  but you should check that line of code...

I guess I don't know what to check. Here are more. The error varies. I'll go days without this and then a string of them.

The site is running fine. I have about 2000 online a day with over 20k registered.

Look like you have some bad mod code scattered in there, probably

Certainly possible. I fixed a few things already that was from previous mods.
