Edit Smileys not saving changes

I have installed my smileys, I have enabled customs smileys and icons. Using 2.0.11, fresh install.

Problem: If I use the "Set Smiley Order" I can move smileys where I want, one by one, but using the "Edit Smileys" to utilize the check box for multiple moves at once... I check the boxes, I select where to move them from the drop down... the screen loads, smileys appear... and are not moved. If they are on the post form and I move them to the pop up, they still appear on the post form.

I don't want to do this one at a time. Why won't edit smileys work?

Add'l info: I do have a theme, but I have reverted to the core theme, no fix. I do have a Tabbed Smileys mod, but the issue was the same before the mod install. Also, if it helps I have no other mods at all installed. Just the forum and the theme.

Anyone? I'd really like this fixed.

Upon further investigation, I have discovered the page will update the smiley status/location IF I make the change either in the "set smiley order" tab or in the database. Yet checking the check box next to a smiley and then selecting a new location from the drop down menu at the bottom makes no change at all.

I don't even know where to start.
