SMF Shoutbox Pro Help needed.

I am currently using SMF 2.0.11 and after I put in SMF Shoutbox Pro, not all of my members could see it. It seemed as if only Forum Administrators could see it. I am not seeing a setting that could be hindering this. Please help.

Go to Admin---->Members----->Permissions and see what your Shoutbox settings are for regular members.

Mine is, and it's "Pro".  I think the free one is SMFpacks Shoutbox/Chat?

The reason I ask is that the paid one should be getting support from the author directly.

There is also quite a correlation between "people who didn't pay for something" and "people who ask here for support for paid mods", and which just sucks.
