Help on Database error

Good day all
I am using smf 2.0.11
I start up a new forum , adding adkportal
but when i started to make post.
It is showing me database error like
Table 'inewsngr_smf859.smfza_related_subjects' doesn't exist
File: /home/inewsngr/public_html/Sources/Subs-RelatedFulltext.php
Line: 110
I can not see this php file on the theme defaut option, close php file name is relatedtopicadmin.template.php
I even downloaded the smf 2.0.11 but could not see that file
Pls what is the possible solutions

you need to post in the mods support topic for help with this issue. that file is from the related topics mod not in the default install. that file is in the sources folder not part of any theme.
