I have a small forum (-50 users) running 2.0.12.  I have Mail Queue enabled with maxes set to 10 and 5.  Using SMTP via an admin account through my host's mail server.  My issue is that announced topics linger in the mail queue unless the topic is modified and resaved by my administrator account.

I've also noticed that the final distribution checklist for announced topics shows 1 administrator recipient and "n/a" for "Regular Members".

Before I open a ticket with my host provider, are there pros out there that might lend a hand with this first?

I believe queued mail is sent in batches activated by page loads.  If there is no activity on the forum, the next batch will sit until a page is loaded, then it is sent.  Unless you have a problem with your mail system, try disabling mail queue.  Really shouldn't be necessary on a small forum.

When in Emor, do as the Snamors.

Sir, Thanks!  Sounds like a fine place to start.  I'll do that and report back.
