Messages capacity mod

So I have been searching for "Capacity mod" to add it on my forum but still didn't find it. I wish if anyone would give me the mod or just tell me how to enable this "Capacity" so it gets enabled for all of the forum members?

edit the membergroup and you will see the option of max personal messages, this will enable this feature for you.
