You are trolling now, right? If not:

CSS stands for cascading style sheet. It is used for describing the format of webpages with things including colors, layout and fonts.

What you were editing was a PHP file. You can tell because it ended with .php (that was the extension). PHP contains all the logic to generate the data to fill the layout described by CSS. So please stop calling it CSS and call it PHP.
