Hi guys,  how can I easily change the color of my board ?

I dont' like the default blue, and have gone into settings
but it's all gibberish to me.... with number and letters.

How do I know which one to change so that the default colors of the whole
thing are changed to new ones ?

I thought it would be easy, to do this, but it seems this is an hour affair  :(

also - how do I get new smileys into my forum ? do we have new ones
available to us ?

any help much appreciated guys.

sorry for the "dumb" questions, but they aren't so dumb for me. :-\

All style information is in your theme's style.css file.  You can change the colors in that one file and it will cascade throughout your entire site.

Hi KegObeer,

thank you for the info.

How do you know what color it is you are going to change ?

I guess I need to download some sort of program to tell what all those numbers
are - the # and letters are colors I guess eh ?

I wish there was an easier way to do it.

By the way, are you a brewer ? ... I went to your website which shows me
a forum, but I don't see anything about beer on it....

hmm.... I'm curious .

I also like the new icons on the left of your page, I upgraded to 1.06 last night
and it didn't do any graphic upgrades at all.....  :-(

Color codes are in hex - there are plenty of resources on the web that give hex codes for various colors.

No, I'm not a brewer - my last name is Kazebeer.  I've been a "kegobeer" for as long as I can remember.

My forum uses the Hi::Ha theme by Koni.  You can download it from our site - look around the Graphics and Templates board.

Here's a good list of colors [nofollow], in hexadecimal. If you click on the 'color HEX' a new page will load that uses the selected color as a background.
