How to add buttons connected to related pages in headdings

Hi There, may be the first question from a Belgian!
apologies for a question that you might consider as infancy. I'm developing a French speaking forum  hxxp:ecopilot.be [nonactive] hxxp:www.ecopilot.be [nonactive] around sustainable development that will be launched asap. Still some minor details to fix. The forum site is approx. 1/5 of the overall. The site encompasses articles (to introduce topics under discussion), expert and url address books, case studies..

I have adopted the classic design proposed by SMF 1.0.5. Now I want to merge the forum site with my pages and add some button in the FORUM headding in line with  HOME - HELP - SEARCH - PROFILE - CALENDAR and LOGOUT you see hereabove.

What files needs to be completed in what folder of the FORUM.
