removing MEMBER section from view for members

Hi

I am looking to disable the MEMBER list from being visible ...it is part of the headers right now an di cannot find any setting to disable this.
Is there a particular file that needs to be edited an dif yes which one?

You can disable this feature in permissions. Go to admin -> permissions->general permissions

Click the modify link to the right of each member group. Make sure "View the memberlist and groups" is not checked.

You would have to do this for each member group you don't want to have access to the member list.
