I am having issues with Gmail and Outlook email addresses - the emails go to spam....  I am working on fixing this, but in the meantime, I want to put a message on the screen so that people know to check their Spam/Junk Mail folders in Email

Where can I put this so everyone that is not logged in can see it?

Put info at the top of the registration agreement. One can use bbc tags, making text bold, large etc.

Was going to do that, but it said all users would have to agree to the new agreement.

Any way to turn that off?

I tried it by turning on the Minor Edit checkbox and now it will only show for new users - thanks!
