Can't find where to stop emails

Hi,

I don't want an email whenever someone joins the forum. How can I stop that? Thank you

That box is NOT checked, but it's still emailing me.

Try resetting it - check > save > uncheck > save.

In smf_settings notify_new_registration should be 0.
