Age not getting saved / I have to refresh many times for settings to change

Hello, it's me again 

As the title says, when I edit my birth date and save, it still shows 0001 - 01 - 01

Also when I change the forum settings, let's say "allow guests to browse the forum" I have to refresh the page many times for the changes to apply.

I'm using 2.0.18

Settings issue could've been bad internet since everything works fine now.

Age is still not saving and it's the only field that doesn't work. Gender, avatar, signature, country and everything else works just fine. Should I still send a ticket to my host?

Actually, that looks like something that's been reported recently, but can't find it and forum search isn't working.  If that's the only thing not working, probably isn't host issue.  Will see if I can find it.
