MODs & THEMES update

In another softwares, We receive notifications stating that there is an update in a plugin or theme..etc;

Here in SMF; How do we find this feature? I want to make all MODs & THEMES in the latest releases.

Funny thing though, I can' see that option,logged in, or as a guest.
