organize topics

Is it possible to organize topics, so move topic 4 to topic 1?

there is this mod but it doesn't do what you want

however there is this mod that you can sort sticky topics in whatever order you want

when installing via package manager you may have to use the emulate version
it works, I use it on my 2.0.18 sites

not all themes contain all files, if it doesn't have that file it uses the default file

any reason why you don't install the mod via the package manager?

Admin > Configuration > Modification Settings > StickyTopicsOrder
you have to set a weight to the stick topic the higher the number the top of the list it shows, which to me is odd and backwards but whatever
