Attachments Maximum size info ?

Hi,

The appearance of the maximum size (kb,mb) information informs the user. But this information does not appear in SMF 2.1

Well it does, but only after you have selected a file to upload.
Have to say, thinking this now it would probably better serve the users if the individual file size restriction was visible before they have chosen a file. Maybe worth a note on Github.
