Hello good Morning!

In my Forum i have a copy of the Curve Theme, but there was no Tool-Icons visible. See attachment.

When i switch to the default Theme, it is visible. In my own Theme, it is a little bit wider, i see no icons.
Sometimes i see the icons, but not now.

You cannot view this attachment.

Can you check the bbc folder inside the images directory of that theme and see if it contains all the images?

Arantor

That's the 2.1 editor, you'd be looking for images/icons/editor_sprite.png instead in the themes folder (I don't remember if 2.1 always points to the default theme or not)

I assumed that the op is using the 2.0.x, since they posted in the SMF 2.0.x Support board.

Arantor

I looked at the screenshot, looks like 2.1...

No matter what version the OP has, not they know where/what to look for as both versions are covered  :D

Arantor

I dunno, I've seen this behaviour on 2.1 before even when the image is there, but a refresh always fixed it so I never dug too hard.

In this folder there was 3 files: index.php, bbc_bg.png, bbc_hoverbg.png
but in the icons folder, the editor_sprite.png was inside. In the default and in my own theme.

My own Theme is actually the original Curve-Theme. Some changes are the general font-size from 83.33%/150% to 91.5%/150% and the width of the forum in /* Set maximum width limit for content */ (Line 1096)
max-width from 1200px to 1600px
width from 90% to 94%

That's all

Kindred

By "original curve theme" do you actually mean the default theme for 2.1, aka curve2?

Please do not PM, IM or Email me with support questions.  You will get better and faster responses in the support boards.  Thank you.

Can you upload the contents of the icons folder of default theme inside the icons folder of your custom theme, and see if that would help?

PLoyd

No, it didn't help.

But with this fix

max-width: 1400px; in #top_section .inner_wrap, #wrapper, #header, #footer .inner_wrap

i think, this should work. I cannot reproduce the error. It's solved.

Doug Heffernan

Glad to see that it got solved and thank you for posting the solution as it can help other users as well in the future who might run into the same issue.
