All Forum themes do not work

Hi all,

I've had a bit of a problem with my forum. I went in after seeing a spam attack (no idea how they got access or became a member because I hadn't OK'd any new members - I thought I had it locked down) and got what you can see in the attached. I then upgraded using softaculous, but still don't seem to be able to apply a theme. It's very difficult to navigate like this but I think I still have access to most areas.

My New Forum version: SMF 2.1.2

You need to change all your forum link settings to https from http

I've just seen someone on another board with the same problem. I'll go and tell them.
