2.0.17 Error in Subs-Db-mysql.php after running repair tool

I have upload my SMF_forum onto a new Hosting service and am getting the following errors in the attachment after running the repair_settings tool to modify the pathnames.

Much help appreciated, I am not experienced in PHP coding so basic instructions needed, thanks

PHP version?  And you have to fix your database settings.

PHP version 8.0 (to go back to an earlier version I will get costed for extended support which is not viable)

Upgrade to 2.0.18 > 2.0.19 in Package Manager.  Support for php 8.0 was added in 2.0.19.
