Vandals and Haters settled on my forum. How to limit the number of messages per day/per hour from the group "newbie".
How to limit the number of messages from the newbie?
IP restrictions are not suitable for me.
Sorry, if this has already been discussed somewhere, I could not find what I need, I will be grateful for the link to solve this problem.

There is a mod that I believe does what you ask but it doesn't work on 2.1.x ... possibly you could ask in its support topic if it could be upgraded?
