I saw this post: https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=281064.0
but it is outdated. I checked index.css but I saw nothing related to the forum title.

In index.css file

Find:

/* The main title. */
h1.forumtitle {
  font-size: 1.8em;
  font-family: "Tahoma", sans-serif;
  padding: 22px 12px 6px 10px;
  font-weight: normal;
  flex: 1 1 auto;
}
h1.forumtitle a {
  color: #a85400;
  text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3);
}

Replace color code with desired.
