I've read a few threads about this and I had this error months ago and thought I fixed it by restoring default smileys files even though we aren't using them. This sequence of errors happened twice at the same time shown. I don't see any scheduled tasks at that time. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

I see the default smileys sets aren't installed, though the files are there. Could be source of problem? Add the sets back?

I noticed that the error is only triggered at the above quoted link. That comes from a mod. Are you using any Seo Mod?

I noticed that also. There is a cache setting at Cloudflare that causes problems with our menu when enabled, ignore query string, that impacts the login-logout button badly. I was experimenting with an ignore querty string setting on a different page but that page is in the menu. It is possible this was causing this problem. I did notice when I logged out, it asked me if I was sure. That behavior was associated with that cache setting. It is supposed to take you right to the home page and normally does. And, yes, we are using the smf packs seo mod.
