Set Mail type to:             SMTP
 Set SMTP server to:         ssl://smtp.googlemail.com
 Set SMTP port to:            465
 Set SMTP username to:     ******@gmail.com
 Set SMTP password to:     *******
 Confirm the password
 Save the settings.

I checked my forum url here https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and it says "We notice you are on a blacklist."
What should I do? Anyway to use gmail or yahoo mail?

This code was working for last few months.
however currently its not working anymore.

First -- the thread this question tacked onto is 8 years old...    the answers given there have almost definitely shifted, moved beyond, or even completely changed.   --- SPLIT  -- Please open your OWN thread rather than piggybacking on an ancient thread which may not even still be valid answers.

Second - You possibly need dmarc, dkim and spf records and setup...

Are you using APP password for GMAIL? if not you need to. Also gmail for your forum SMTP host is probalby not the best idea due to volume limits

Also, if you are already on a blacklist - Either asking your mail provider to help, or changing the mail address completely, may be a good idea.
