Select all checkbox in notifications setting

A Select/deselect all checkbox in the notification setting window would be very useful

it's just a small wish. But I think this would dramatically improve the handling.

On a similar note, Is it just me or does the "Update notifications" button not work? I unchecked one of the boxes and pressed update. Went back to the notification settings and it was checked again

you will probably be able to do this in the template, but it'd be nice to have there by default... I've wished for it more than once

I only use notifications for topics I haven't replied to now, though, since the page to show topics where I've replied covers the rest... I love that page, it's my entry page to simplemachines.org every time (^_^)
