Loadtime at some profiles very high

Very strange problems:

I have an dedicated server.
On nearly all sites i have an loadtime between 0.2 an 0.02

On some profiles loadtime is over 30 seconds - but not on all profiles:
i have optimized all mysq tables, repaired, maintain-& repair-function in smf.
compared the db-tables of fast and slow profiles - without an effect.

I hope someone can help me - or point me in the right direction.

Sounds like a DNS issue disable hostname lookup or live with it if other IP's resolve fine. Only people with permission to view IP's will have it slow.
