Restrict user posts per day

Hello,

For my new site I need a feature that "Users should only be allowed to post  X number of posts per day" 

I want to create user groups on my site and assign each group the number of posts they can make per day.

I guess this Mod is presently not available in SMF - If anyone can volunteer to write this it would be great.

dont know of many people who would want to make this mod. usually you dont want to restrict the amount of posts a person can make

A variation of this that might be more of use to folks like me who run RPGs would be a restriction on the amount of active threads that a member can participate in at one time...(with the ability for a member to "opt out" of a thread, so they can "move on"...)

Naturally, this would only affect threads that "posts count"... I leave the support and ooc threads in the NOT counted towards post total column, just because...
