install problem error 553

okay i just installed smf 1.1 rc 1 i used the upgrade.zip and uploaded the files to my server with ftp program
than when its finished i get these errors for the directories Themes/default en Themes/classic failed : error 553

also for directorie sources

my forum works but in IE i can't see my forum only in Firefox

whats the cause of this

According to http://www.the-eggman.com/seminars/ftp_error_codes.html:

553     Requested action not taken. Illegal file name.

It probably doesn't like the .htaccess files in those directories. Try using FileZilla instead of whatever FTP client you're currently using.
