What is the best portal to use? Cant find topics!!!

I need to know opinions, on what is the best portal to use i was going to try and make my whole website of of a portal like joomla or mambo but which one is better are there anything better then these, i will be having alot of content and would want to change the look alot also, and maybe add some flash but i need some help chosing the best one..... i could not find any topics on this subject.

well i can't find those ones on the site.....but I have used the simple portal & it's great....
