Unable to attach even a 565k zip attachment

I've tried a 429kb, a 512kb I've tried many file sizes.
I even set it like this:
Allowed file types: txt, doc, pdf, jpg, gif, mpg, png, zip
Maximum attachment size allowed: 2147483647 KB
I've CHMOD attachments to 777

I select to add the .zip file after browsing to my desktop, add it in, hit Post, and it almost imediately gives me a:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
Blah blah blah.


Could this be some sort of server setting? I am able to upload 2 meg files via our pafiledb mod, I can upload huge files via ftp, just not attach files via a post.
ANY help on this one?

This path is 100% correct. Thank you Andrea.
It "appears most likely some limit on server could be causing this issue."
Even though we have upload_max_filesize   2M   2M
under Configuration PHP Core
I am going to try to see about increasing this limit.
