diffrent stylesheet for every language?

i would really like to have diffrent stylesheet with every language!!
not a totallly "diffrent template"! just the style.css

is this possible?

also wondering why in differnet laguages... you surely just want a  laguage pack

well u see i have ...Arabic/English forum
now the font size for each lang is totally diffrent...

for example:
if i want the menu to be clear in arabic i will need to use font 12 or 14 (to make it a bit clear)
but that is just tooo big in english!

and i want to solve this problem

you could, just make the 2 style.css and set the browser to detect what language pack they using to define what css to use how to do that im not sure tried google.
