Some one on my forum reported my forum emails
as spam to spamcop. As a result my site is down by my provider
I want to ban everyone or force them to change the email address.
They should not be able to access forum, till they request to be members
again or till they chnge their email id.

I have access to phpmyadmin
how can i  bring these changes in phpmyadmin a smy site is down till
the enquiry is over.

How can I come to know the culprit member.

Thanks

I personally turn off SpamCop for my spam scanners. It is wrong more than not (because of their adding policy).

You can find info on being removed from the list and how to find out when you'll be auto-delisted here.

Reports to SpamCop are anonymous, so there is no way to find out the member who made the report.

I am getting this error now
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /home/xpindia/public_html/os/includes/functions/database.php on line 19
Unable to connect to database server!

could it mean that my server is under attack again ?

It could also just be a lot of persistent connections being opened. Look at the MySQL process list to see what is up. (I'm guessing you have root access to the server?)

Cool Surfer

I have jailed SSH access. No actual root access.

Hm. You probably can't see the global process list then. Make sure persistent conections are off (shared hosts usually aren't set up well for them). Look in the server settings part of the admin.
