Error when trying to Add any package

Hi,

I am getting the following error when trying to install any package please can anyone help?

The first one means it doesn't have permission to open that file, and the others are related to it. Make sure the Packages folder and every file in it is chmodded to 777. In fact, go ahead and chmod every folder and php file to 777 so you won't run into any problems trying to install any mods.
