Can't download converters....

I can't get any of the converters to download from the download page. I can download the main packages, just not the converters. When I click the "PHP" link to start the download, nothing happens -- no file open box or anything -- in explorer. In Firefox I get as far as the download status window, but it just stops at "Starting...".

No problem downloading other files in other areas though.

Anyone else having this problem?
