problem with installing packages

I have just installed Simple machines on my server, everything is working perfectly but when i try and add modifications i dont think that they are actually being installed. For example i tried to install the "quick reply box" http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=63 but when its installed no quick reply box appears in threads ?

Another problem is with the profile music modifcation. I installed it, and it did add the new area to the profile, but when you input a url to an mp3 file it does not work and music does not play anywhere ?

Have no idea whats going on

i've sorted problem with quick reply, i read the FAQ, but still got problem with profile music ?
