Can anyone help me get this working? smf shoutbox mod for joomla

I just dont understand whats going on with it.  I only have the 3 standard themes - default, classic, babylon, plus a copy of the default theme in black.  Everyone uses the black version of default, and I have no other themes in the theme directory, on the server or anywhere.

This module is actually what I want to achieve with the shoutbox but its so frustrating trying to get it to work.
