Copying Yahoo! Answers neat banner

I've started seeing a few sites that have a little banner on their blogs or websites that show extracts from the users last answer or question posts and displays their current level ranking and was wondering whether something like this was, or could be, available through SMF.

Obviously, it would contain the users post status as their level and a dynamic link back to the forum and highlight a couple of the users post extracts.

Anything like this available already or in the pipelines?
