Is there a way to auto adjust the forum time for the user after registration?

What do you mean by auto-adjust?

You can set an overall forum ofset in Admin area > Features and Options > Overall Time offset

 i meant that the time will adjust automatically when someone registers. That way, they don't have to go through there profile and auto detect time.
