Was a theme removed?

Clicked over to the SMF tab in my FF browser and after clicking my favorite "new replies to your posts" link, it seems my theme got changed to the board default as if my theme got reset.  Went into my profile and I could no longer find my theme.  Unfortunately I don't recall the name of it, so if one was removed, that's probably what I'm missing.

The simple theme was removed since we were getting some errors with it.

Probably the one I was using.  Thanks for the info.  Maybe someday you can bring it back.
