[Request/Help] CMS-Like Theme

I was wondering if there was a CMS-looking theme out there? Something that is similar to this site's, perhaps? I tried working on one and screwed it up royally...

If there isn't one already out there, how would I go about making one?

I dont think a theme like that was made, can you please provide greater detaill of what exactly you seek and we will see what we can do.

Well, I was just screwing around with Land Down Under (the CMS) and I realized that what I wanted was something like this site...Where I can have pages that look like the rest of the site, but with the forum anchored within side menu bars...

Here is the result of 10 min. of messing around with SSI:

As you can tell, it's nothing. But, I have seen different implimentations of this - most noticably on SimpleMachines' index - and was wondering how I could go about anchoring the forum in an outside page...
