Restricted Access message when trying to do ANYTHING

OK, now I have the database issue taken care it seems.  The forum pulls up within the Joomla bridge now, so we're getting closer

Remaining problem is that none of the links within the bridged forum work.  It is putting an extra 'www.domain.com/forum' before the url link.  If I manually remove that in the address bar, the SEF links work.

Another question that now presents itself is the forum loads very slow now within the bridge.  Anyway to improve that?

Regarding the speed, I did everything as stated in the post you directed me to.  The forum pages still load slow.

However, the priority at this point is to get the actual links working.  Thanks!

I actually had to set the compression level to 6 instead of 5 to notice any speed difference.

Woohoo!!  Orstio is a genius! I don't know what was in that file you sent but it did the trick.  The forum works now within the Joomla bridge AND SEF.  Thanks a ton!
