Mehter is a SMF 1.1 RC3 theme created by c1n4r whois an admin of mkportal.gen.tr He made this theme for our site and now i made this theme suitable for SMF 1.1 RC3. Theme is using the buttons which are created by A.M.A

Theme is based an  Babylon theme but with a different and profesional look.

Theme is coming with Turkish and English. Turkish buttons are made by Forsakenlad.Any other English or othe r languages buttons are wellcome.

You can also use with SMF 1.1 RC2 and RC1.

Such a copy of invisionfree i think more. But oke, meaby not, i like this style. But dont instal him!

I think there are problems on English buttons some users send me pm so i will update the buttons in near future with better ones.
