Problem with the convert.php (phpBB3 - SMF)

Hello everyone, I am spanish and my english isn't the best. My problem is the next:

I download the converter of phpBB3 to SMF, I make this:

• I go to this direction: http://miweb.com/convert.php
• In the convert.php appears this error in the header:

• After, I put the password and in the option: Set SMF's default character set to: I put UTF-8
• After I put the option Empty the convert error log?
• After, I click in Continue.

the first error is related to the php settings on that server (safe_mode enabled and changing the time_limit for scripts is restricted).
Most of the other errors are related to attachments (maybe the files don't exist or the path was wrong?)

the last error is a minor bug in convert, you can ignore this error.

Have you checked your forum? except attachments everything should be fine

Yes, all the content is correct but the permissions is error.

My user that is the administrator and must have all the permissions, but my user have the permissions with was a guest user, is very strange, but is a big big problem.

I need help fast please, this problem restrict the inaguration of my web.
