BLACKDAY THEME HELP

Newbie here. I'd really appreciate any help for my questions regarding the Blackday theme for my site's forum:

First off, the forum is at http://forums.buhaychat.com/index.html
Second, my disclaimer: the site is adult in nature, so I won't hold you against it if you don't want to take a peek to help out with my Blackday dilemma 

1. How do I implement a global header and footer throughout the forums so it's uniform with the rest of the site. The headers/footers are javascript-heavy. I've had to resort to using iframes to give the forums the same look as the rest of my site. 

2. How do I get the "Users Online in the last 24 Hours" mod to work? It seems to work with other themes, just not the Blackday Theme one, and I really like this one.

A lot of the other good mods don't seem to work either, probably because of Blackday's RC2 version. How do we upgrade it?
