Flash Program

Hello,

I need help in finding a free flash based online program to allow users to drag a file (or files) and drop the file into the flash program and it will upload the files.  The point of this is to skip the whole need to browse to a folder then click it then upload it.  I'm looking for a more user-friendly way to upload files.  I've seen this implemented before in other websites but can't find where it is anymore.  Has anyone else seen something like this before?  Tnx in advance.
