moderator selection not working

I slected a user to be the moderator of a board but it does not show up, the modrators show "N/A" and even the profile shows newbie poster instead of moderator ?

I went to boards>>selected the board>>and then selected the moderator.

This doesn't seem that urgent, I consider urgent being your forum crashing or something along those lines. Please wait 24 hours before bumping in the future.

The reason why it says N/A can be summed up in this post:

It should still list the member as a moderator under Moderators on the board index for that board.
